Screen rotation should be performed when the Colors of a external monitor is Medium (16 bit). If the colors is Highest (32 bit), the screen will become black when the rotation is performed.

To open TOSHIBA Reel Time:

1. Click the Start menu.
2. Enter "Reel" into the search field.
3. Click "Reel Time" in the search results.
